While you can, we don’t recommend it. Heating high-phenolic oil can degrade the delicate compounds. It’s best consumed raw as a daily supplement.

Phenolic compounds (polyphenols) are natural antioxidants in olive oil. Most supermarket oils contain under 200mg/kg. The EU health claim threshold is 250mg/kg. Poba contains ≥500mg/kg polyphenols based on producer data.* Independent third-party testing is pending.

Our olive oil comes from a single seasonal harvest. The early-harvest olives we use have limited yield. We’re working to expand our grove partnerships to meet demand, but quality always comes first.
